How do I get started with my Vyve device?
1. Remove the plastic cap from the mouthpiece

How does a Vyve device work?
Vyve uses a temperature control system designed to heat its e-liquid to an optimal temperature of vaporization. The liquid is heated using an industry-standard wick and coil system.
How long does a Vyve device last?
Depending on your use, a Vyve device will last about 10,000 puffs, or about one to two weeks.
How long does a charge last?
Depending on your use, a full charge will last about two to three days.
How do I recharge my Vyve device?
Vyve devices are rechargeable via USB-C charging cables.
What is in a Vyve device?
Vegetable glycerin, Propylene glycol, Nicotine, Natural and artificial flavoring.
What is the nicotine concentration of Vyve devices?
Vyve devices contain approximately 59 mg/mL (5%).
What is the best way to store my Vyve device?
It's best to store Vyve devices at room temperature in a dry environment in their sealed compartments until use.
Do Vyve devices expire?
Vyve devices are meant to be consumed soon after purchase and while they will not expire after one year, you may experience a natural flavor or quality decrease after one year.
Can Vyve devices be opened?
For health and safety concerns, please do not attempt to open your Vyve device. Vyve devices are not designed to be refilled or re-used.

TROUBLESHOOTING
My Vyve device is not charging.
If your Vyve device is not charging when connected to a USB-C charging cable, check the connectors between the device and cable or switch to another power source.
If your Vyve device is still not charging and is within the warranty period, you can request a warranty claim. Please visit our Warranty Claim page for support.
My Vyve device is not producing vapor.
If your Vyve device is not producing vapor, check to ensure that the device has sufficient battery charge. Take small puffs from the device after charging to test vapor production.

My Vyve device is leaking.
If your Vyve device is leaking, place the device in an upright position and allow it to sit for 5 minutes. Take small puffs from the device afterwards, to test for leaking.

We run forced failure tests to test our batteries for reliability and consistent performance at each stage of the design and production process in accordance with international safety standards.
Does Vyve test their e-liquid?
We conduct extensive testing of ingredients found in Vyve e-liquids and aerosols, including testing for harmful and potentially harmful constituents.

Vyve products feature a 1 year limited warranty that guarantees the following defects:
1. Dead on arrival (DOA) devices
2. Leaking devices
3. Non-charging devices
4. Broken / damaged devices
